158 new cases of Covid-19 recorded in Libya, the highest daily toll since so far

The National Center for Disease Control has announced recording 158 new cases of Covid-19, which is the highest daily toll since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country, bringing the total number of cases in Libya to 2827, including 577 cases of recovery, and 64 deaths.

The capital, Tripoli, has recorded the highest rate of cases in Libya with more than 31 percent of the total cases, followed by Sebha with about 27 percent, Misrata with about 13 percent, then Zliten with nine percent of the total confirmed cases in Libya.
