COVID-19 cases jump by 190 to 3,017 in Libya

TRIPOLI – The combined tally of patients who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Libya has amounted to 3,017 as 190 more cases were detected over the past 24-hour period as of Wednesday, the Libyan National Center for Control (NCDC) announced.

The number of patients who have survived their deadly infections reached 579, with 67 others, on the other hand, have died, NCDC said.

According to the most recent data compiled by the center on Wednesday morning, the recent confirmed cases were the only ones who tested positive for the virus out of nearly 476 samples conducted in the previous day.
