161 new COVID-19 cases registered in Libya

TRIPOLI – The Libyan National Center for Disease Control registered on Tuesday 161 cases of Coronavirus pandemic, in addition to 8 recovery cases and 3 deaths.

Libya exceeded 4000 cases since the spread of the virus pandemic, bringing the total number of infections to 4,224, including 3,495 active infections, and 633 recoveries, 96 deaths.

It is noteworthy that the High Committee for confronting Coronavirus pandemic re-imposed curfews and a ban on movement between cities after the outbreak of the virus in the country during the past days.
