Over 300 new virus cases registered in Libya

TRIPOLI – The Libyan National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced Monday the registration of 309 new cases of coronavirus pandemic.

NCDC also announced 19 recoveries and 7 deaths due to COVID-19.

With the registration of these cases, the total number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 5,541, including 4,711 active cases, 710 recoveries, and 120 deaths.

Among the 309 recently announced cases, 97 were registered in the capital Tripoli.
