GNA-allied militias reject outcomes of ongoing negotiations

TRIPOLI – Militias allied with the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA) said they reject any outcomes of the ongoing Libyan negotiations, which are currently taking place in foreign countries.

In a joint statement released on Wednesday, GNA-allied militias from Tripoli and Misurata described forming a new transitional government as “a waste of time”.

The militias demanded to be take part at the negotiations, adding that it will stop the formation of any new government.
