With participation of Guterres, meeting on Libya held in Berlin

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

BERLIN – The German authorities announced that a meeting on Libya would be held in Berlin Monday via closed communication circles, nine months after the Berlin conference last January.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, and representatives of 16 countries and international organizations will participate in the talks.

Today’s talks come after a round of Libyan security and military talks in the Egyptian city of Hurghada, and meetings held between Libyan delegations in Morocco and Switzerland during the past weeks.
