Syrian Observatory: Turkey returns Syrian mercenaries to Libya

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

SYRIA – The director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdul Rahman, expressed his surprise at Turkey’s resumption of the process of sending Syrian mercenaries to Libya after returning about 9,300 of these fighters to their country.

Abdul Rahman said on Al-Arabiya TV that there is a new wave of sending Syrian mercenaries from the pro-Ankara factions to Libya, and this is a surprising case after Turkey returned about 9,300 of those mercenaries who sold themselves to Erdogan.

He added that Ankara began sending about 600 fighters who were deceived by that their work in Libya would be with security guard companies for Turkish companies and they have nothing to do with the fighting.
