"\r\n\r\nAl-Agouri stressed "the importance of preserving the sanctity of Libyan blood" and standing "against the choice of war or anyone who incites it." He considered that "the time has come to achieve peace after years of bitter fighting between the children of the same people, which caused a too high cost."\r\n\r\nHe also warned that "the outbreak of a new war in Libya would threaten the security and stability of the entire region," stressing "the rejection of foreign interference, and the need for all foreign forces to leave all regions of Libya," calling on "the international community to take a firm stance towards that."\r\n\r\nThe head of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Committee stressed that "war can never be a solution to the current Libya crisis," stressing that "the only way to solve it is to continue the political dialogue, support the United Nations support mission to that end, and adhere to the recommendations of the Berlin Conference."
